Sawang Resort & Golf Club is located 1 hour drive North from Hin Hin in the neighbouring province of Petchaburi.  The resort and golf course are surrounded by rice fields and fruit tree orchids.The Sawang course layout,  plays out over rolling hills. The Sawang golf course offers a good alternative to the busier golf courses in and around the Hua Hin area.

The 27-hole layout was designed to look like it has always been there, to blend into the local setting. The course offers a mixture of both water and tree lined fairways, with receptive greens. Sawang Golf Course is an enjoyable course with wide generous fairways that appeals all Handicaps, it also offers a few surprises for the lower handicapper looking for some challenge`s during there game.

The East / South combination is the best use for 18 holes. Hole 2, is regarded as one of the best holes on the course, with a 535 yard dogleg par 5,as is the 407 yard par 4 17th which plays over water to an island green, with stopping the ball on the green a must.

Course conditions are what you might to expect to find on a rural golf course location. The clubhouse, locker rooms, practice areas are all adequate for day golfer. Sawang is a good choice for those who want to experience golf in the region without all the tourists.
